submitted by Cheryl E. - |Recommended: YesGreat Staff — We like the neighborhood - our neighbors aren't very nice about parking. We like to park in our garage but it's hard to get into the garage as the neighbors park their cars in the fire lane behind our garage and we can't make a decent turn to get into ours easily. Their garage is packed with items and they can't use it so they default to all of the fire lanes. The unit was painted but they painted over all of the dust and hair...kind of yucky. We like the upgrades they did but the drop ceiling in the basement is a little bit of a mess. Staff have been really nice and helpful. Maintenance does a quick job but since one of our toilets is still leaking hard to give a full 5 rating for them. We replaced a few of the light fixtures - the one on the porch was awful - rusty and falling apart so we put in a new one, had to clean out a giant wasps nest that had settled in behind the current light fixture. The one on the patio is the same - so we are looking at options for that. Otherwise it's a decent unit and we are feeling good about the move.
